The transmission is designed exclusively for racing purposes
The Supplier does not provide any warranties
The Supplier shall not indemnify the Customer for any expenses incurred as a consequence of the defective transmission gearing (including, but not limited to, the loss of entry fee and/or other expenses)
Inspection checks shall be performed at the servicing intervals recommended for the given type of a transmission unit
The seal on the transmission must not be broken
KAPS Transmissions must be informed within 5 days about the occurrence of any malfunction in the transmission
We reserve the right to supply spare parts within 14 days following the date on which the defect concerned is identified by a technician assigned by KAPS Transmissions
It is necessary to specify the number of kilometres done while racing or practicing, and keep record thereof in the revision sheet
The practicing and racing kilometres mean the loading of the transmission at more than 70% of the vehicle’s maximum output
